Literally our only complaint was out of their control: There is a nightclub below the hotel and you can hear some music late at night. Ear plugs are included for free. We would and are staying again."

"This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was close to everything we could walk to nearby attractions and to shopping easily. They need to work on their laundry room because when I had a problem, they told me that it’s run by an outside company. And they completely washed their hands of the issue told me to call a phone number. I paid for detergent and there was none in the machine and paying for washing and drying is very ambiguous and the machine seems to keep telling you to put more money...

"2 days stay in Madrid were more than enough. The fruit store vendor at the market near Puerta Del Sol was very sensitive about people touching their fruits. Food and fruits are more expensive here than elsewhere."

"I arrived late at 10:00 pm ,very tired and wondered how to get in the building for the check in machine. Fortunately, the staff opened the door for us. Apartment was a bit far for 5 minutes walking from train station and a little bit complicated at first time searhing for the apartment."
