"Cet hôtel devrait s'appeler Cauchemar Hôtel. Aucune climatisation dans la chambre et aucune solution apportée à part nous sommes désolés la climatisation est tombée en rade depuis plusieurs jours. elle devrait être réparée mais on ne sait pas dans combien de jours. Nous étions en pleine période de chaleur, et il faisait plus de 30 degré dans la chambre la nuit. Bref 2 nuits à ne pas dormir Je déplore surtout l'absence de solution apportée. Expérience client déplorable"

"We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a dressing area and large bathroom. The beds was comfortable and the location peaceful. The grounds are well maintained and there was quite a large swimming pool with sunbeds. We didn't have any meals at the chateau but the dining room looked cosy and inviting. The staff are pleasant and helpful. If we travel down this way again, we will definitely stay at Les Muids. It's a stunning place."
