"Terrible parking lot, no ilumination, signs don't make sense. Exit signs with no arrow, we wasted time trying to get out of the parking lot and we almost crash with another vehicle coming full speed on the ramp we were going up and he was going down. One ramp should be for going up and another ramp for going down. Also, we arrived at night and doors closed and nobody at front desk and of course no signs telling customer to go to different entrance. Lucky by the bartender of the bar next door...

"Christian was excellent. Room has no kettle. No cups. Showers are not hot. I was sick and staff could not help me with a panadol. Kudos to Christian who went far and away above normal help to settle me down. A small investment here could transform this hotel. "

"We stayed a night before flying to Easter Island. The hotel let us leave our larger bags in storage until we returned for another night stay before flying out. The shuttle both to and from the airport was very convenient. They also provided a nice breakfast. "

"Clean and beautiful room, staff was really amazing and responsive. Our room was on ground floor and we didn’t know it will be close to street level but noise level was tolerable. We just couldn’t open the window and enjoy the sunlight because it will be right on the street. "

"Hotel Capital Bellet was very conveniently located. Staff was very helpful in giving directions to local interests. Very clean. Nice continental breakfast. We found an amazing seafood restaurant 2 blocks from our hotel...El Ancla Providencia. Amazing food. Every dish was exceptional. We ate there 3 nights in a row, ordering different dishes each night - truly exceptional food. Delicious!"
