"This is a gorgeous hotel just by the entrance to Torres del Paine national park with outstanding views towards Torres del Paine. Popular, big and busy due to it's location but there are plenty of quiet spaces to relax and enjoy the views. We had a classic room with skylight mountain views, very comfortable. Wind noise can be a little loud on the roof when it's very windy (often) but didn't disturb our sleep. These are on the top (4th) floor. The lift only reaches the 3rd floor. Amazing buffet...

"Excellent staff. Large clean comfortable rooms. The front desk needs an extra person to help with check in. 7 minute ride from airport.. It is not walkable. If you plan to visit any city attractions you will need to plan for a taxi and a minimum 20 minute ride.. "

Vale a pena o Club Access, que possui opções de chá da tarde e cocktail à noite com alimentos e bebidas diferenciadas. Destaque para a gerente de relacionamento com os hóspedes, que nos proporcionou um atendimento excelente. Voltaremos com certeza."
