"Nice good size room. Comfortable bed. The duvet was too hot in the summer. Good cleaning service, even left the cleaning cloth in the room. Still using small shampoo bottles, not eco friendly. Towels don't need to be changed after every use, especially when you forget to leave a new towel. £ 50 deposit is annoying. Needed to ask for the free beverage that was included, better to just give a voucher when checking in."

"In my experience it's unusual to find a hotel that actually feels special to stay in. Two great restaurants, pleasant grounds, welcoming colleagues that seemed genuinely happy. What more to ask for! Slight niggle was that the plumbing was noisy at night with guests about using really frequently but aside from this minor niggle, nothing at all to moan about. Would definitely stay again, looking forward to doing so in future."
