"Our 2-night stay was good overall. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating. One thing I noticed during our stay in Victoria is that some hotels charge an additional parking fee. I was surprised that parking here was CAD $26 per night. Considering that the room rate is already quite expensive, it would have been nice if complimentary breakfast or parking was included. Overall, we still had a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"I reserved a king bed and I was given a queen and told they didn’t have anymore king. I was told they do not do refunds and I needed to contact Expedia which I did and they sent them and email about it and still have not heard anything about the refund. Hotel needs an update and better smelling sheets and pillows. They smelled not clean."

"The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel's location is great...right along the water and a short walk or water taxi to downtown. We cycled here, so having access to secure bike storage was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day spent walking around Victoria too. The only weird feature, was the placement of the showerhead. As opposed to the usual placement at one end of the tub, the showerhead was right in the middle of the tub, so the water shot straight...
