"I enjoyed my stay at the Galt but my expectations were not exactly met. I booked a Deluxe Suite in the west tower with a balcony, which was the main reason I wanted the pricier room. But the balcony was infested with spiders! Understandable, but you would think they’d clean them as they clean the rooms especially in the summer months.
