We had a great stay at the Cambria Hotel! The location was perfect, and the staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful. Renee at the front desk made amazing food recommendations. The staff in the 1st floor hotel restaurant were also very friendly and the breakfast quesadillas were great. This hotel is in a great location for all the bars, distilleries, and restaurants downtown. Place was clean and well kept. Highly recommend.

Large rooms, clean. A little odd that they buzz you in. Parking is nice but better suited for smaller cars. Water pressure is a little light, and can take a bit to heat. Location is very accessible to Whiskey Row.

Hotel, room and staff were very nice. The coffee shop was great too. When booking it stated there was parking on site. The was a very small secured parking area for about 40 cars. Clearly not enough for the guests. Guests either had to park at the metered spots on the street or find another parking area. If parking in those areas you must remove everything from your car to avoid a break-in. It was very inconvenient. Adding more parking would greatly improve this property.

Hotel is in a great location. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Now for the bad parts. Parking is terrible if you are driving in. There are a very small number of parking spaces on the property for guests to use. We were there for 3 nights and never got a spot there after being out each day. The public parking on the street is very tight and hard to get also. Of course, there is a cost incurred for those spots as well. This issue alone would cause me to look elsewhere on my next visit to Louisville. Also, as I stated, we were there for 3 nights and we never received any housekeeping at all in our room. No cleaning, towels, washcloths, or bed service for the entire stay.

Nice hotel and great location to the baseball field; staff were very friendly and helpful. Read previous reviews on parking and we were able to park in hotel lot with our car. Definitely small car parking lot as there is not a lot of room for big trucks and the larger SUVs.
