"We stayed here while visiting Big Bend NP which is about an hour drive. Our room had two large queen beds and a separate toilet and shower. The sink was in the bedroom area which caused a bit of congestion. Room had coffee maker and Direct TV. The property had an upscale restaurant, a saloon, and pizza shop/bakery. Two pools and laundry facilities in the adjacent RV park. Unique setting. Staff is super friendly."

"The water in our room smelled like rotten eggs and the sink was rusted out around the drain. Beautiful setting, just needs some attention."

"The picture in Expedia is false advertisement because once we got to the hotel they sent us somewhere else that was not part of the hotel plus the room looked like it was old and things were falling apart."

"Older type property; bed suitable for regular sized people, not for 6’4” man. Overall clean. Bathroom was perfectly functional. A/C worked well. Front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful; directed me to good eating places."

"Location is good, Window trail is right there. Just two bad things happen and I lost $700 (approx ) because of that. 1. Person at Lodge check-in counter told me that I can put my car on charge anywhere, even discussed about cable length, and that I should try on payment, if cable is short then on grass. I got ticket of $330 because of this as they don't own land, land belongs to national forest. I wish he clearly told me things. 2. I got a delivery showing as delivered, which I need, but...

"The room smelled like mold. The roll-in shower was not roll-in. There was way too much furniture. It was impossible to get my wheelchair around the room. The beds were way too high to independently transfer from my chair to the bed without help. The whole place smelled like pot. The accessible rooms are way too far from the handicap parking spots. The staff was very nice."
