"The property is not good it has a kind of reception desk but it took us nearly an hour to get a room. Then the key didn’t so went back to reception which was 10mins away Fo the member of staff to say the batteries had gone flat in the door lock but instead of replacing the batteries we had to get a member of staff to open the door. I over the odds for one night to find you had to provide your own toilet roll and towels for showers I’d definitely not be stopping there again "

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"They contacted me at 11.30pm the night before our stay to cancel with an apparent leak. Have not been able to contact them since. Trying to sort out a refund as I had already paid. Had to sort out alternative accommodation through another booking agent at 1am the morning of my London stay. Avoid at all costs. "
