"Enjoyed our stay for our wedding night. The bed was made up with a golden heart & towel swans. A lovely touch. The staff were friendly & the breakfast was delicious. Would definately stay there again in future."

"What we liked: Nice property with very friendly reception staff especially Pippa. Never used the spa and swimming facilities but it’s great this is on offer for all residents. What could be better: Lounge bar does not serve coffee after 9pm. Food in the lounge bar could be better. What we didn’t like: Breakfast at £31 Food in the Ravelles restaurant is overpriced."

"The hotel is set in a beautiful location. The staff were all very helpful. The room was bright & airy with views over the garden. The room & bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable. The only negative of our stay was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the hot water took a while to filter through."

"Booked it same day, the room was on the 4th floor and as it was during the heatwave, was a bit warm, they did provide us with couple of fans that helped. It was a lovely room with a sofa, TV and vanity table. A nice view of trees and sunset. It was clean everywhere. "

"Incredible decor, there isn’t one small detail which Howfield Hotel has missed! Amazed by the thought of the little touches to the decor. Very pretty rooms. Very clean and easy to get to from the public car park. Great restaurant choices around the hotel too. Highly recommended. "
