I felt safe walking to nearby restaurants as well. I was celebrating a birthday, thank you Palms for a great stay. "

"They really need to be upfront about the fact that the beach isn’t close to the hotel…you actually have to make a reservation just to go. I ended up checking out three days early, and no one even tried to refund me. I paid for trip insurance, and they still didn’t honor it. It’s sad because I never write bad reviews, but people should know."
