We upgraded to the Master Suite (well worth it) and they dealt with everything quickly and with no fuss - recommending and booking tables at restaurants, to arranging champagne and flowers in the room If driving, recommend booking a parking space - secure and right next door. "Very good hotel in the heart of Ghent. The staff were very hyelpful, the newly updated room was very comfortable. Location perfect on edge of the historic centre. Room comfotable and spacious, great shower and bathroom. Very good tea and coffee. Nice to have had a sofa in the room and small table. Parking under the hotel is convenient and safe. "Enjoyed my stay. Large modern room, exceptional view over the city, perfect sauna which has also incredible view!!! Breakfast and bat were great. And service is perfect. Staff is friendly. Area is walkable and uptown location is much better than being in city center. They also offered free walking tour for uptown, which was very nice. Mark is doing great job as a guide, learned a lot about architecture of the city."

"I had a wonderful stay (5 nights) and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Belgium, especially young travelers! The lobby was kept very clean despite also functioning as the dining area, and it was also a meeting point for guests to quietly hang out. The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the central train station in Antwerp, making it easy to get to and from the airport as well as to travel to and from other cities in Belgium for day trips. The room was very clean and functional. Overall, I had an incredible experience. "
