"A great hotel but a major glitch in the restaurant on the second night. We ordered and waited nearly 1 hour to get served. After 45 minutes we asked what was happenning. Told that pork tenderloin takes a while to cook. Offered a free glass of wine - OK. Waited 20 minutes longer and it finally arrived with fries rather than the croquettes ordered. Fries went back, another 10 minutes. In the end our free glass if wine an 30% off our bill made it kind if OK."

"I took the shuttle from BRU airport to the hotel, but shuttle pick-up location was a bit difficult to find at the airport due to construction. I tried to call hotel reception for instruction but couldn't get through on the phone until the 3rd try. The hotel room was clean; the welcome drink and the apple basket were a nice touch. In-room toiletries were well supplied. The minifridge was empty, likely given the type of customers that come through. The shuttle/taxi back to the airport was pre-booked, but it was confusing as many travellers were all leaving at the same time, in different taxis. As a single traveller, it wasn't clear which taxi I should join. It all worked out in the end."
