"The staff was amazing and gave outstanding customer service."

"Rooms were not overly clean. Bathrooms seemed to be only lightly cleaned between room change over. Hair in shower and on the floor. The sheets had a weird smell. Towels were very thin and only gave 2 per room. The second day we never received fresh towels and when going down to the front desk to get fresh ones we were told someone would deliver them. The towels never came. The facility was mid renovations."

"Property was clean and staff was friendly"

"Overall, we had a great experience! The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We were only there for one night, and while the price was quite high due to Parents’ Weekend, we would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Filthy dirty."

Linens were new and clean, beds were great and breakfast was outstanding. This is what hotels should strive to provide! Job...

"The staff was outstanding. Upon checking in we had a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed/added in our room. When I notified the front desk, the person on duty personally took care of it within 15 minutes! I was very impressed-and appreciate-their level of customer service"
