Property has an updated fresh design. Rooms clean and comfortable. Liked the ambient lighting and big screen tv. Fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning plus complimentary donuts made it super special! Staff very nice.

The property was very clean, staff very nice, in a very nice area. There is also alot of shopping in the area. The down side was that there was no pool or complimentary breakfast . It was listed that it was. Grandson was disappointed. But there was a restaurant and Starbucks on the property.

Service was very good. Cleanliness was good. Our room with a balcony was average and kind of outdated. Sliding glass door needs washing for sure. The beds need new pillows also. How about a Keurig coffee machine for an upgrade!! Employees were very nice and helpful though. Hotel is fine for 1-2 nights as far as location and amenities.

Nice hotel; opportunities for improvement.

Concierge/receptionist was wonderful. Cleaning staff/ bistro employees were wonderful! Very accommodating and helpful. Ongoing hallway painting was an inconvenience, especially in the limited space around the elevator Bathroom was nice but water pressure in the shower needed a boost; spent too much time rinsing.

Construction Entrance not well marked

I have stayed a few times at this location. It is an acceptable small town hotel. What wasn't apparent until I arrived was the magnitude of the construction taking place. I would have stayed at another property had I known.

Clean and comfy but don't buy breakfast

Don't buy the add on breakfast if you are on the go and don't have a lot of time. It's made to order rather than Buffett style, which is fine if you have the time. Coffee machine was not turned on yet and couldn't make drinks at 7:00am. Everything else was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

The pool (one of the reasons we chose the property) was permanently closed. The air conditioning did not work in our room. There was a mysterious purple spray stain on the wall. However, the staff was great and comped us breakfasts to make up for the air conditioning on the first night... however the air never got addressed.

No hot water in the evening or morning. We were there for hospital surgery which required to shower in a special soap so had to use cold water. Surgery was postponed anyway so the following 2 nights were non refundable. However the staff at the hotel contacted you and were able to cancel those two nights which was a huge relief. Hope you will consider refund on the first night due to the cold shower problem.

The chair in the room smelled so bad I was spraying i with lysol spray every chance I got. I called the front desk a number of times to get towels and no one answered. When i walked down stairs the guy was at the front desk just wasn't answering. The bed was very firm. Now on a good note the water was extremely hot. Which i loved. But I probably won't be back.
