The staff was new to the location and very helpful. Patty was so nice and accommodating! The room was very large and it was clean. However, it needed some repairs and upkeep (trim needed replaced, wall patches needed painted). Although it was non-smoking, someone had smoked in the space in the past. The smell was faint. I think if the new staff stays in place, this location will continue to improve.

If you are looking for an affordable yet high quality place to stay, Affordable Suites is perfect! The staff is also very friendly and they make you feel at home. Overall, the facility was nice. One of things to note, was that site advertised as smoke free. However, because these can be rented long term, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. This was not just from the available smoking area on site but you could tell that the unit had been smoked in before over a period of time. They also do not provide an iron in the space so be prepared for that. Other than that, I would stay here again as it is affordable and does provide a convenient location to things.
