The environment was quiet and the location is near a shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping and food hunting. 😊 However, I found a hair in my plate during the breakfast buffet. I hope the team can be more careful when handling food to ensure better hygiene in the future."

"Outstanding! Our stay at TS Suites in Seminyak was absolutely incredible. The suites are gorgeous and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The in-room jacuzzi was pure perfection — such a luxurious touch that made our stay feel extra special. The staff were amazing, so warm and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. And the infinity pool… simply stunning. The perfect place to unwind and soak up the beautiful surroundings. Bus to beach - also a thoughtful and helpful touch. We truly could not rate this property more highly and would return in a heartbeat!"

"Staff went above and beyond all the time !! Food was great and lots of places to eat. Pools are very nice. Very expensive for anything on the resort. There was minimum spends just to sit at the pool which deters a lot of people. Minimum spends when going to eat in restaurants too. We will not stay here again due to the minimum spends at pool and restaurants. Beach is not useable at all, it is so dirty."
