"I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. "Very central location yet quite through an alley way to the hotel apartment.New building. Part of the building still under construction but the noises are not bad. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. "Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. The villa is a bit old (18 yrs) and you can see that by the state of some details in the house. For example the hot water wasn’t running in one room, you had to wait...

"We booked very last minute and arrived within an hour of booking. This is a new complex with building work taking place near the pool area which doesn’t impact your stay. The apartment was clean, high luxury and very quiet. The staff are professional, attentive and even checked we were ok after one of Bali worst floods. I would 100% recommend and stay here again if we decide to return to Uluwatu "

We came here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and while we went out for lunch the staff decorated our room which left my husband speechless when we came back.
