My husband and i had an amazing stay at Berry Amour for our honeymoon, the staff are incredible and so kind. Breakfast was served every morning at a time of our choosing and it was fresh and delicious. We also got a complimentary 10 mins massage which went down a treat. Lovely villa, a little old but clean nonetheless, the jacuzzi was fantastic. Thanks for a wonderful time Berry Armour.

Amazing time at the villa

The staff and villa were great throughout our entire stay. Communication was very easy by WhatsApp and they were very accommodating to our requests eg. Early arrival. Would be happy to recommend this villa to anyone looking to have a quiet and relaxing time away.

My husband and I were truly blown away by the magnificent staff at Berry Amour. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, friendly and genuine and we will never forget how beautiful our stay was because of the people. We had the most amazing honeymoon and everything was always very clean, all services were prompt and the staff go the extra mile. We cannot thank this wonderful team enough for making our time extra special.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. All staff was so kind and always referred us by our name. Staff Fadeli(probably spelled it wrong) but he absolutely amazing. My husband dropped his AirPod. He found it and literally held it in his pocket until they crossed paths again. Room service was great. I definitely recommend

Beautiful villa to stay in, the room and pool was really really nice! One piece of criticism I do have is that when leaving the room we were often asked by every single employee "Where are you going?" Hearing that once is endearing, twice is a coincidence, three then four times was a little much considering the walk to the street was only maybe 2 minutes long. Every day we were asked and sorry to say it did creep us out. Sorry if people were just trying to be friendly but when it is every employee asking where you are going, including asking the Grab/Private drivers where they are taking you, it was a little invasive.

We stayed at Berry Amour Romantic Villas in Seminyak and it was the perfect intimate escape. From arrival to departure, the experience felt personal and warm. The staff are outstanding – super friendly, attentive, and they make every effort to learn your name. Their genuine, honest interactions made us feel truly valued. The villa delivered on romance: the jacuzzi was delightful and we used it every evening. The spa offered great treatments at very reasonable prices. Housekeeping left thoughtful little touches each day, and the cleaning was excellent. Room service was reliable and tasty, breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the laundry service was fast and flawless. Location is ideal – just outside the busy shopping district, so it’s nice and quiet, yet everything is easily walkable. Security is solid too; they confirm your room details at the entrance for peace of mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. If you’re after a romantic, well-run boutique villa in a convenient yet peaceful spot in Seminyak, Berry Amour is highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Seminyak. The location is great, and what truly makes this place special is the staff. Every team member was kind, humble, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, Martini. Her attention to detail, beautiful decorations, and thoughtful touches made our villa feel extra special and added a memorable personal touch to our experience. I do have a few constructive suggestions. I would personally recommend being cautious about the spa. Also, I found the "complimentary massage" advertised on the website to be a little misleading. When you see that a complimentary massage is included, you naturally expect a proper treatment. It is only a 10-minute neck massage, which doesn't really feel meaningful. I think it would be better to either offer a full complimentary session or not advertise it as a complimentary massage at all, as it can create different expectations. Considering the villa is priced higher than many other properties in the same area, I also feel that some maintenance would enhance the overall experience, particularly around the jacuzzi area, which could use a bit of attention. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The outstanding hospitality of the staff made a lasting impression, and with a few improvements, this property could provide an even better guest experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our time in Seminyak so enjoyable.
