"The seaview rooms were amazing with a lovely view of the beach , and few steps away fr beach. They had a lovely infinity pool so cool ! The staff was very friendly especially Niceey and Marie, Egbert the cook and the restaurant manager Amit was so special, sweet and professional I wanted to take him home with us ! "No life guards on the beach ever. Beach food shack ran out of buns at 1pm and closed for the day. Cafe/icecreambar was empty every day. Restaurants are not actually available 7 days a week. Antigua governor and staff showed up and shut down the main buffet to “tourists” forcing them to sit outside in a back corner with pans on hot plates&only like 7options. Power went out in our room multiple times every night. Pool has tiles melting away causing hazard. No handle on outside balcony. Sports bar...

"Spent 4 nights at the Resort. The welcome drink had alcohol which I do not consume. They offered to get me something else however it never came. Checked into the room and it was hot. Bellhop attempted to adjust the settings, but it did not change. Slept in a hot room. Reported the next morning, no one came. Reported it again late afternoon which is when someone showed and said that it was sorted. Left for an event and came back late. Same situation. Reported it again. The AC was only fixed...

"Overall we loved our stay and would like to call out how lovely the majority of the staff were. Shamara initially checked us in and she was super helpful, polite and welcoming. Whislt we were there many of the staff (including Ivanna, Enrique and many others) were always so polite and smiley. It makes such a difference. We had a lovely taxi driver lrganised by the hotel named Michelle, she was great and reccomended lots of sightseeing opportunities/ things to do. 100% would reccomend the tirtle...

"Over 10 days I had three rooms every single room had an issue with it. Staff are excellent they have to be as the property is rundown and tired. The beach and pool area is beautiful. The buffet food is abundant not good but abundant acs barely work and the Wi-Fi is intermittent at best."

"5 star potential but not there just yet! The resort is beautiful and with some attention to detail could be even better. The room we were assigned was gorgeous but no cleaning service unless we called to request. There was a coffee shop on site but hours of operation TBD. Once we inquired they made sure that Davina was there each day with a smile making great coffee. Our initial butler never checked on us past the first day but once we were assigned Craig he was awesome and went above and beyond...

"We had one of the best holidays ever. Cocos is an exceptional place. Rustic feel, relaxed, slow pace. Food, drinks are very good. All meals are a la carte. Never felt bored.
