"Everything was good, pool staff need to be better trained and with better and more convenient service"

"The staff are exceptionally friendly but the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs to improve and updates need to happen. Daily housecleaning is offered but the hotel needs some more attention. A profound deep cleaning and paint job. Gym was great and location is not too bad. Pool cleanliness is questionable so I avoided it. You can always get about using local taxi apps. "Good reception"

"The resort is excellent for family the room was great, staff is very helpful and friendly great gateway for families. Just one point regarding the package offered I booked 3 bedroom apartments with half bored but I got the half bored only for 2 persons where the room selected is for 6 adults."

The stress and inconvenience of being turned away after a long journey was extremely upsetting. No assistance was offered to help me find a solution, and I had to sort everything myself in an...
