The room was full Of mosquitos but the staff was very helpful and fumigated and the problem was Fixed right was. Our room was otherwise clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not call it a 4 Star hotel but if you expect a 3 Star it Will Meet your expectations.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of Nizwa. Nice room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a variety of food. The chef makes great pancakes. Would stay again

Hidden gem in the middle of the desert! This hotel is everything you want and need to make your Oman’s visit complete. Rooms are big and comfy. Most of the rooms have direct pool access, which is very convenient. Bathroom is also big with good pressure shower. Breakfast is great, plenty of options and an egg station. Coffee is also great. Definitely worth, specially since you will be far from anywhere else. We also had lunch every day at the restaurant and it was great! Several options and very tasty. There is a huge pool in the middle of the property. Well equipped Gym and plenty of sitting areas inside and outside.

Great hotel, but not good bathrooms.

Good hotel for the price and a bit in the middle of nowhere - around 20mins away from Nizwa town but manageable if you’re driving. Get a Garden room as the pool room balconies face the pool and no privacy. We had a car so drove into town or locally to get food so we didn’t eat lunch or dinner, but their brekkie was fantastic esp crepes, fried eggs and fluffy pancakes. Staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. The worst part of the hotel are the bathrooms - very dated, old and don’t work properly.
