Rooms are extremely clean and towels are great. Bed is super clean. Breakfast need an uplift. Coffee machines are not really super clean and good. Someone has to be looking after breakfast and make sure that everything is ok in terms of the toaster, coffee machines and the quality of coffee Front desk is amazing. I had great help and support from Marwa and Amal

The hotel was in top notch shape, the rooms were great and the breakfast was good. However, we were watching the Champions league final at the roof top bar and some racist supervisor turned off the TV on us which led to a serious scuffle. I didn't want to write this but, I think management should here about it.
