L'ambiance générale, la somptueuse décoration des espaces communs, les facilités communes (piscine au centre d'une des deux grandes cours intérieures et jardin-restaurant dans l'autre), ainsi qu'un personnel exceptionnel qui est extraordinairement sympathique et toujours prêt à aider, font du Palais Moulay Saïd un endroit où nous avons adoré rester, tant il est dans le ton du "Voyage en Orient". De plus, il est idéalement situé à mi-chemin de toute les belles choses à voir à Marrakech, niché au cœur d'une ruelle-souk très animée et vivante (mais que l'on n'entend pas depuis l'hôtel). Tout est accessible à pied avec beaucoup de facilité. Seules petites remarques sur les chambres (nous étions au 3eme étage) qui sont plutôt dans le style minimaliste et qui pourraient grandement profiter d'un ou deux meubles, et d'un peu de décoration, en plus. Par ailleurs, il y a pas mal de bruit à partir de 7h30 du matin, le personnel d'entretien démarrant très (trop) tôt. Bon, rien qui passerait au delà de bouchons d'oreilles. Malgré ces deux petites remarques, nous y retournerions sans hésiter si nous devions un jour revenir à Marrakech.

Beautiful riad in the heart of Marrakech. The service was amazing, with very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and full of traditional charm. Delicious breakfast and a მშვიდ peaceful atmosphere—perfect to relax after a day in the Medina. I would definitely come back.

Nous n’avons pas testé le spa. Le personnel et très serviable, gentil et attentionné. Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale, qui était conforme à nos attentes. Très propre et calme ( loin de l’agitation de la rue)

The location was great and easy to get to. The airport pick up service was great and easy to schedule prior to arrival. The staff was very accommodating and were very helpful. The only downside was how loud it could be in the evening. For those that go to bed earlier it could be difficult to do so at times. The food and other services offered were all great as well.

This property was such an amazing find. While it was centrally located, it was a haven in the hustle and bustle of every day life. The breakfast was extensive and set us up for the day. The staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable and alway willing to help. I would throughly recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Palais Moulay Riad à Marrakech. Le cadre est absolument magnifique, dépaysant et plein de charme, ce qui rend l’expérience vraiment agréable. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe, toujours aux petits soins avec les clients : Zouhair, très professionnel, à l’écoute et réactif ;(Resp restaurant) Lhssan, adorable, gentil et attentionné ;(accueil) Ilham, une serveuse hors pair, bienveillante ; Maha, également très attentionnée ;(serveuse) Hassan, un grand travailleur d’une gentillesse exemplaire (cuisinier) Les filles du massage, toujours souriantes et d’une grande gentillesse ; Hajar, du service restauration, une jeune demoiselle bienveillante et souriante. Point à améliorer : le palais peut être assez bruyant, l’isolation n’étant pas optimale, ce qui peut parfois impacter le repos. Établissement est très beau , le déjeuner copieux et le personnel très gentil. Le problème que cet établissement n’est insonorisé. J’étais sur le coin d’un passage principal et j’entendais les gens discuter comme s’ils étaient avec moi dans la chambre. Même chose lors du massage et des soins. Chambre pas confortable et lit extra ferme. Pas moyen d’avoir un surmatelas confortable en mousse. Odeur d’égouts très désagréable dans la chambre. Lavabo bouché et personne n’est venu régler le problème.

Breakfast was excellent. Great variety on offer. The omelet station was only let down by the fact they didn't wipe out the bowls/pans between clients which is a problem if you have an allergy to dairy! The rooms don't have hairdryers but was told were available from reception. We asked on 3 separate occasions without success. Surely a hotel of this size had more than one! No sink plug in the bathroom washbasin which made shaving a problem. Apart from these little niggles we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel situated right in the centre of all places of interest. Pool and snack bar was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have bottles of water replaced in our room every day we stayed, rather than just day 1. Our toilet was not flushing so reported it and it was fixed straight away, only thing was that the bath mat was soaking wet and they left it on top of the bed! When we arrived we were not greeted with complimentary drinks as we saw other guests were greeted with drinks (Moroccan tea). I needed help with a restaurant booking so approached the front desk, the First Gentleman I spoke to I felt was abit abrupt with me! so spoke to another one instead who was very helpful. I would have loved a long floor mirror in our room rather than one hung on the wall as a decorative piece( but could not even look in it as it was high up). This is not a complaint but just something I experienced! I would definitely book this riad again as it was so convenient to a lot of the places we visited, very clean, breakfast was enjoyable and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were polite and helpful especially the guy who took our suitcases from us midway on the way to our taxi ( as he just took other guests to their taxi, and saw us) the poor man nearly got run over by a motorcycle but he was not hurt!

Le palais est très joli et bien situé. Le personnel est adorable et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuné est varié et copieux. Les chambres sont jolies mais pourraient être améliorées (salle de bain exigue et très peu éclairée). Une mention plutôt négative pour le restaurant, qui est, certes pas cher mais vraiment pas de bonne qualité.

Upon arriving at the airport at 10:44pm we were hoping to be greeted by our driver, who we booked 3 months prior to arrival, that was not the case. We had to wait an hour for him to arrive to pick us up. No apology just went on like nothing had happened. We arrive at entrance where they drop you off with your luggage and someone comes to meet you to bring you down the alley to your hotel. Check in was fine and smooth BUT once we got into the room is where we were both put off (not even the first two scenarios were as bad). There were moths and gnats as the window was left open and stains on the sheets. At this point it was late and we were both exhausted, but not tired enough to hop on the internet and book another hotel for the next night. We got minimal sleep and had a tour booked for early the next morning. After the tour we came back to the room, collected our luggage, and went down to check out a day early. They basically just took our keys, gave us a thumbs up, and told us to have a nice day (kick rocks) after telling them about the room situation. Once again no apologies, "how can we make this right?", nothing.

Le Menu du petit déjeuner est très bien car proposition de sucré ou salé jusqu’à 10h, la restauration est excellente et généreuse à des prix tout à fait abordables ! Le Riad est merveilleusement beaux et bien entretenu en revanche les chambres ne sont pas à l’image de ce dernier, moins jolies et il manque quelques éléments lorsqu’on y passe la semaine… rangements, armoires, ainsi que quelques accessoires de salle de bains… Le personnel est au petit soin et fort sympathique !

Lo que más me gustó fue el edificio en si. La decoración muy cuidada y la zona de piscina muy agradable. La ubicación del Riad , fenomenal, en la Medina.A muy poca distancia de la plaza de Marrakech. La habitación, deja mucho que desear. El armario y las mesillas ridículos, pequeñísimos. Lo peor fue el baño ,sin secador de pelo ni una simple banqueta y no había ni un enchufe.
