Probably one of the worst places I’ve stayed at. Rude staff , unclean rooms, no towels, and the list could go on. The day we were leaving the staff put a violation on my car that said no back up parking mind you there is no sign anywhere saying no back up parking and we were not even parked there for longer then 30 minutes and we just back up parked to load our luggage into our car . They stuck us in a room next to other rooms that had been recently flooded the lady at the front desk when we checked in said “I wasn’t even selling these rooms but the manager said we have to start selling them again because we’re losing money.” Crazy you can pay $500 for a place and not even be treated with an ounce of respect. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Smells bad , no hot water , roach and bug traps in every corner , unprofessional staff.

I did not actually get to stay there. I showed up at 7:05 pm and the clerk refused to check me in as she was on her way out and already filed a no show charge. I would have been there earlier but I had a travel delay. She was still there but preferred to leave me stranded! She should be fired (this was 3/13 if management cares). In the policy it says cancellations have to be made by 6 or 7 pm that day but nowhere does it say one has to check in by a certain time. After all it’s a hotel!!! I raised the issue immediately with orbits and after many hours on the phone they finally refunded me that charge. But area is creepy. It was a blessing in disguise. I booked a very nice airbnb short notice. I could only see the nonexistent lobby area and hallway through a dirty front door window but it looked dirty and unmaintained.
