"The hotel is in very good location, with beautiful view, many places around to walk and convenient transportation around. Staff is very friendly and always try their best to help. The room is a little bit old but clean and without any smell. Breakfast is delicious with more popular “English breakfast” things. Overall I’m very satisfied with this hotel. "

"We were warmly greeted by several staff members upon arrival at the hotel. As a young couple (24 & 25), we were initially a little apprehensive, as we’ve previously found that some high-end hotels can make us feel uncomfortable- perhaps because of our age. However, this experience was completely different.
From the start, we were made to feel welcome and respected. We were even offered a glass of prosecco on arrival, which was such a lovely touch. Our room was gorgeous, and breakfast in bed was perfect- everything exceeded our expectations.
The concierge team were also fantastic. We called down for some extra milk for our tea, as well as a toothbrush, and both arrived within six minutes- so efficient and friendly.
Overall, the hotel was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
