"Great stay, nothing to complain about. Daniel is a real gem, making us feel very welcome. Had some trouble with the lighting in our room, and getting a new room was no problem, fast and easy.
Quiet location, yet close to «everything».

Did not have breakfast at the hotel, so can’t evaluate the food.

"I can only say wonderful things about our family of 3 stay at this hotel. The area is beautiful! Close to a train station. The customer service of every member I spoke too was flawless! They are happy to help and take care of your needs! I must praise Vhladimir, Jake and everybody at the front desk/reception , restaurant . Everybody 5 stars. The rooms are normal size, nice space bathroom with shower and bathtub, comfortable bed . We were very comfortable in our 2 double beds room. Thank you all...
"Hotel was very nice, furniture and linens were very clean. Very convenient for visiting city, tower bridge and walkable to other sites/ tube station. Staff was lovely, from reception, to housekeeping and restaurant and bar staff. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Far exceeded my expectations. Amazing room and easy entry. Wish I'd had time to relax on the roof terrace. Great little touches - tooth brushes and paste in case someone had forgotten, bottled water, fan running when I entered. Plenty of comfortable furniture. But the boutique decor was out of this world! I just hope that there will be a vacancy when I am next in the area."
