"The owner went completely out of his way by finding me a cab, walking me outside to show me where to catch the cab, suggest tourist sights, etc My room was very clean and completely adequate. Loved the location (proximity to the touristy promenade full of shops & restaurants plus Taksim Square was perfect). Very impressed! I would definitely stay there again!"

"If it weren’t for Ahmad we would have left this hotel on the first stay, the manager is an arrogant and greedy person who wanted to exploit situations . Only the receptionist Ahmad was a true kind human and never made us feel like less. He guided and helped us through out our stay. Truly people like him are needed. Must say he made our stay perfect even if we had to face some challenges there"
