"Amazing hotel, the street appeal is a little disappointing and the panoramic view was very disappointing. But the hotel is clean and comfortable, i loved the styling and the decor. The shower was a tad on the small size and the bathroom looked tired. But still clean and very much usable."

"Honestly this is my 10th visit to this hotel, but this time it was v unpleasant. 1. Internet problems with wifi everyday 2. First room I checked in had a brown tap water and terrible smell. 3. Moved to second room where the shower sink was clogged and upon the first shower the whole bathroom was flooding with my clothes and personal belongings all ruined. Technician was called to fix it, they fixed it first time and did not work. Second shower had the bathroom flooding too. Until a technician...

"Sehr Zentrale Lage. Direkt an der Istiklal. Trotz dieser Zentralen Lage, empfand ich, dass das Hotel sehr gut Isoliert war, so dass man ruhig schlafen konnte."

"The room we booked was advertised as having a city view; however, it only overlooked the front street and the building directly opposite, which felt misleading and disappointing. Additionally, the stairwell lighting was very poor, making it difficult and unsafe to use when not taking the lift. Housekeeping was also below standard. My sheets were not changed for the entire 4-night stay, despite there being a visible blood stain on them from a previous guest. The breakfast was enjoyable, though...

"Klima hat in einem Zimmer nicht funktioniert, hat sich nach einer Stunde von sich aus abgedreht. Das Spülung am Klo ging nicht. Am Bett waren Haare und Verschmutzungen. Lage war super. Personal war sehr hilfreich Bereich und hat uns das Zimmer wechseln lassen. Nach dem ihm die Unannehmlichkeiten in Kenntnis gebracht wurden."
