I will go back. The hotel was very clean and kind of a throw back feel. Little cafe on property was excellent. Staff great too. I will go back and highly recommend. I enjoyed the break from the common hotel feel.

Pleasantly surprised for the price! The property is quaint, rooms are clean, well appointed, beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is updated and large. Good location, ample affordable parking. Pool is small but comfortable and clean. The cafe on site is convenient and good. Great communication from hotel via text throughout and before our stay. Definitely recommend this property!

I hope to stay at this BW Del Mar again sometime. I had my dinner and breakfast at the cafe. I enjoyed the free coffee in the morning. I was traveling alone and felt safe. It's located close to Torrey Pines State Park and several nice eateries. Also, there's a short walk to the beach.
