"Terrible service and conditions. Several flights of stairs, no staff to help. When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast is a granola bar or packet of instant oatmeal. No please to sit and eat. Threadbare towels. They don’t make the bed."

One problem was getting The blackout curtain up and down each morning and then again at night! Had to call the handiman through the front desk each time! The curtains are supposed to run with a remote! Not a good set up! "
