"Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x"

Location is wonderful with a couple of good walks. Rooms very clean and homely. Food very very good. You really do feel spoilt. "

She served us fabulous breakfasts and the homemade dinners were delicious. The barman, Ollie was lovely and so helpful, he really is a great asset. The locals in the bar were friendly and chatty and very entertaining. Prices were good value. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like home from home. We will definitely be staying here...
