"Very beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings. Very comfortable bed and the room was very well equipped. Lovely touches of the radio and Nespresso. Breakfast was very nice and the staff at breakfast were fantastic . Throughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the hotel."

"Disappointed to have pre booked supper requesting a window table to be sat in the middle of the restaurant. The shower needs attention! The shower rose was so blocked you couldn’t use it, it was leaking from the arm joint, and the handheld was exactly that, you had to hold it as the riser rail was broken! Luckily I have a soft spot for this hotel and the geese will always make you smile in the car park "

"The staff were wonderful, and the location can't be beat. We unwound each night with a half-pint on the beautiful terrace that is set along the riverbank. The building is a lovely old hodge-podge of levels. We were at the top of it, which involves a stairs-climb that could be hard for some. There is ample parking (very welcome!). "Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt, als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht auf unserer Reise. "Wonderful pub and accommodation. The people are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This 16th century public house still supports many original features making its atmosphere charming. The room was fairly small, a double bed and the small wardrobe made it tight to get to the bathroom but it was very clean and comfortable.
