"Very cool place"

"Nice apartment"

"This was the most terrible stay. The hotel was dilapidated, and did not look safe. There were holes in the walls, construction was going on, and the bathroom was not clean. Our balcony looked over a green murky pool in the adjacent property with mosquitoes on our balcony. We did not want to sleep in the bed and slept in our clothes and did not sleep well as the power went out at least 20 times during the night. No air or electricity . We checked out the next morning ( we were supposed to stay 2...

"Wir konnten gar nicht erst einchecken."

"Poor condition of the room as well as maintenance. "

"Nice place"

"Sehr schöne Lage mit grosser Aussenanlage und riesigem Pool. Restaurant mit vielfälltiger Karte und guter Speisenqualität"

"Good, friendly staff on arrival and helped with bags. Easy check-in with a welcome drink. The room I had needed updating as it was tatty in places, especially the bathroom. The front door had gaps, so it let in noise and smells from the busy street out front. Nice amenities in the room, with baked cookies, which was a nice touch. This hotel has access to a public beach, and your hotel room door is your only security. It's very open, and they have a lot of locals trying to sell you tourist...

"The property was excellent value. Breakfast was really lovely with yoghurt, fruit and choice of eggs. Would highly recommend especially if you like cats!"

"This is a small, beautiful hotel in a good location for walks to the beach (20 minutes) and to the main street with shops and restaurants (15 minutes). The mix of tasteful local decor in the rooms and tropical planting in the garden and surroundings is charming. Well appointed bathrooms, spacious rooms, good air conditioning. Naleepa and Madusha are excellent masseuses, thank you ladies! I recommend this for any stay in Negombo!"

"Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Lokales Frühstück, aber mit Optionen für Touristen wie uns mit Cereal, Marmeladen, Toast und frischem Obst. Ebenso könnte auch ein Rührei auf Nachfrage gemacht werden. Der Pool ist leider nicht im Hotel sondern in der Nachbarschaft. Für unsere Zwecke war der Aufenthalt hier gut."
