The only reason I took off a star was because for some reason the housekeeping staff knocked on my door around 9am on mulitple days eventhough check out is at 11am. Another reason being it feels weird to be yelled ..."

"Place was very nice, very helpful staff. The day passes they sell hurt the mood of such a nice place. Pool was over crowded. Same in the evening. Demographic changed and was extremely loud and noisy. Not the environment we expected for the price we paid to spend the night."

Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown
"Stayed three nights and never got cleaning service. The shower only had hot water which was very hot. When we called they said they would send maintenance but they never went. They do not have parking so we had to pay $48 per night for valet."
