"This stay was horrible. We will never be staying at the Omni again. I believe my family were victims of racism by a police officer who's contracted by the hotel. My husband was on his way up to the room with the room keys in hand when the police officer stopped him without reason and asked for ID. ..."

The Westin Dallas Park Central
"The watered got turned off at 9:30 in the morning wife was in the shower soap in her eyes burning. Luckily had bottled water to rinse out her eyes. Brought it to management and they refused to do anything about. Very rude and horrible manager. Would not recommend this hotel 1 star overall bad ..."
