初めての海外一人旅で到着したら 工事中で一か月ほど使えないとのこと。 系列の少しいいホテルへの代替えでしたが いきなりのトラブルでした。 そんなホテル載せない様に！

Nettes Hotel

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits, aber in 5-10 min zu Fuß kann man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Zum Strand dauert es ca 30 min mit dem Fahrrad. Die Mitarbeiter fragten immer was man den Tag über vorhätte, ich weiß nicht ob sie Vorschläge machen wollten, Touren verkaufen oder einfach nur neugierig waren, ich fand es in jedem Fall etwas aufdringlich. Es gab nur 1-2 Mitarbeiter die englisch sprachen und sich auskannten, wenn die nicht da waren, waren die kleinsten Anforderungen wie Wäsche zum Waschen abgeben ein Problem. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, hell und nett eingerichtet. Der Schrank war leider etwas muffig, so dass ich dort meine Kleidung nicht hineinräumen mochte. Am ersten Tag lag auf dem Bett nur eine Decke ohne Überzug, und es sah auch nicht aus, als ob diese nach jedem Gast gereinigt wird. Am ersten Abend war niemand da der mir diesbezüglich weiterhelfen konnte, am zweiten Tag bedurfte es auch einiger Diskussionen und Erklärungen bis ich einen Überzug bekam, aber offensichtlich waren diese vorhanden, und die Mitarbeiter nur zu faul oder nicht instruiert in jedem Zimmer die Decke zu beziehen! Nachdem dieses Problem gelöst war hatte ich im weiteren einen netten Aufenthalt dort, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung (13€/Nacht).

Nice and cheap hôtel!! Take care at the guy at the exception during the day, he seems to be honest but his price for bus and tour are to much, take the Time to look at other tourist agency around, they are cheaper

Chambre sans fenêtre, lits sans draps, mitigeur d'eau défectueux (eau bouillante ou glaciale). Vraiment très moyen.Mais l'emplacement est bon, à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville.

Great Service

This hotel was fantastic quality for money. The staff were very helpful and exceptionally friendly. After a big night out, I managed to break the sink in the bathroom and when I offered to pay for it, they refused to take any money. On top of that we left our passports at the hotel and only realised once we got to Nha Trang and they sent them to us the next day free of charge. Highly recommend AAA+++
