Near Hoi An Ancient Town

We stayed here for only 1 night as we have to head back to Danang, overall the hotel was good, Staffs are really helpful and friendly. The room we paid were breakfast included which is reasonable. The Location was near the Hoi An Ancient Town can could start the walk from " Japanese Bridge ". Nice hotel and good price

Im Nhi Nhi Hotel in Hoi An konnte ich gar nicht einchecken, obwohl es mir Expedia gebucht hat, weil es schon seit längerem geschlossen ist. Wie mir die Nachbarn vom Hotel gegenüber sagten, ist es schon seit Covid seit ca. 2 Jahren geschlossen. Expedia hat es mir abergebucht u. 207,- Euro abgebucht von meiner Kreditkarte. Bitte dringend um Rückzahlung. Nehmen Sie dringend das Hotel von Ihrer Seite. Das ist ja Betrug sonst

올드타운과 야시장이 가까워서 좋았습니다. 직원들이 아주친절해서 좋았습니다. 아쉬운점은 시설이 좀 오래되어서 그런지 뜨거운물이 반신욕하기엔 부족했습니다. 저는직원분들덕에 만족했습니다

Nhi Nhi is soooooo beautiful hotel with great location near to old town. Delicious breakfast. If you want very very lovely and helpfull staff have to visit Nhi Nhi Hotel in Hoi An. We realy enjoy!!

Highly recommended

Hotel staff are amazing, right from the minute you step inside. The walk to the Old Town is only 5-7 mins, which is minor considering the hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel. During our stay we seen staff cleaning constantly. Free breakfast menu is also very good compared to other places we stayed in Vietnam. We had to check out very early on our last day to catch an early flight, and we were asked several times if they could pack a breakfast for us for the road, that’s how amazing the staff and service is. We would stay here again without a second thought.

良いホテルだが、何点か残念。

部屋は予想していたより狭かった。朝食は多く、美味しかった。提携しているチャータータクシーの料金に関して、時間延長を理由に追加料金を要求された。英語の伝わり、悪かった。

Property is in a great location within walking distance of Hoi An historic district. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Although the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel could use a few upgrades as well as improvements to the breakfast.

Best hotel in Hoi An

this is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed so far, the hospitality is beyond compare, if ur lookin for a lavish star stay this is not your hotel but if u want to be welcomed by a group of smiling , warm and friendly staff this is exactly your kind of hotel, the staff amazing they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, the breakfast was amazing with numerous items and choice, the location is awesome not too far from the crowd but quiet from all of it

Hier voel je je meteen thuis.

Nhi Nhi was het perfecte hotel voor mij.Klein hotel op korte afstand v an een levendige oude stad.De kamer was fantastisch en proper.Alles erop en eraan .Prima ontbijt.Keuze te over.Klein zwembad.Maar het belangrijkste van alles, is dat je hier echt thuis voelt.Je wordt hier met zoveel aandacht en liefde en een grote welgemeende hartelijkheid en liefde door het personeel omringd.Een echte aanrader.

Loads better than expected!

The service at the little hotel was exceptional, we were regularly met with cold towels and chilled water/ ice tea, allowed to check in early and had the local area explained to us alongside available tours and places of interest. Breakfast was also very good and the room was lovely. A little old fashioned but had everything you needed and was perfect for us. WiFi was perfect, mini bar was cheap, there was a fan and air con and the bed was really comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk into the old town which was ideal. Thank you for a great stay!

Un séjour très agréable

Hôtel proche de la vieille ville, confortable, à l'architecture très sympa avec une petite piscine centrale. Les employés sont adorables, serviables, vous attendant même avec un rafraîchissement au retour de la plage. Une bonne adresse pour profiter de la belle Hoi An

よかったです

こちらに3泊させて頂きましたが、チェックインもスムーズでスタッフはいつも笑顔で、暑い中にホテルへ戻ってきた時に、ロビーで冷たいおしぼりや水やお茶を出してくださったり、サービスも良かったです。部屋は少し狭いですが、とても可愛く清潔でした。 マイナス点は、写真を撮るためにパスポートの返却を次会った時にと後回しにされること。それだけであれば、すぐその場で対応できることだと思います。写真を撮るのは別のスタッフの業務みたいでしたが。。旅行者にとってパスポートを預けたままにしておくのは非常に不安な事なので、その辺の意識のズレがあるように思いました。あと、ホテルは実際の地図の場所より2~3分離れた場所にあり、街の中心地まで徒歩ゆっくりめで14~5分かかります。 ミーケビーチのホテルまでの有料シャトルは350000ドンとタクシーとあまり変わらない気がしました。来る時はダナン市街のホテルのシャトルで、このホテルまで300000ドンでした。 ホテルの滞在自体は、とても心地よく快適でした。

Walking distance to old town

This family hotel is a 10 minutes walking distance from old town. Staff are friendly and attend to provide you a good stay. It’s proximity to main activiities is the main asset of this hotel. Breakfast are good and offer some variety. Room are clean.

Smells bad

There's a constant nasty smell throughout the place. Smells like rotten fruit and its very overpowering. Extremely noisy in the morning as well from 7am, with the Atrium amplifying all noise from the breakfast service.

Lovely hotel, great staff, not far from town centr

For the price, this hotel is very good indeed. Though it feels a little old and small, it is comfortable and quiet and I slept quite well. Breakfast is great - it's not a buffet so plan 20 to 30 minutes for it, but enjoy the food and coffee they give. Close enough to town to walk there for meals and visits several times a day. The best thing was the staff - very friendly and lots of smiles. Even though it was just me staying, I felt looked after and welcome.

Many options not bad if its the best price

Pro: close to old town good breakfast Cons: Pool in the center can be noisy and smoky if people smoke. Many cheaper options. refused to let me bring my local friend who had a valid ID to my room still using outdated hotel policies. Short in wiring caused a fuse to blow.

A beautifully appointed and serviced motel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nhi Nhi in Hoi An. We found the place to be beautifully appointed and serviced. The staff were fabulous; such a delight and so keen to meet our needs. We cannot praise their efforts enough. The motel was close to where we wanted to be. A lovely motel and very pleasant stay.
