Excellent stay

Everything is excellent , such a lovey family who always ensure everything goes right , with free bike , location is very near to night market . If you’re first time visiting hoi an , you may consider get owner help to book AirPort transport in advance as Grab might play some trick to overcharge us . Highlight recommend stay here .

Brand new place with rooms decorated beautifully..

Perfect location for the old town, right next to the boat rides, night market etc. Really enjoyed our stay :-)

Nice place and friendly host

The hosts were very friendly and kind. The room was very clean. The location was good and easy to find. The only negative is no elevator for the room on the 4th floor. I would still stay here again though.

The property was very close to all of the main attractions in the city. I loved how it was on a quiet street, so it felt less crowded. The owners were always so friendly and polite. I loved how clean and comfortable my room was too!

Cozy stay!

Excellent stay, perfect location and a cost room during the rainiest time of my trip made up for the disappointment caused by the weather. The family is warm and caring and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend staying here.

This homestay is ideally located, only 2 min from the night market, but more importantly 5 min from the old Hoi An which is where you will want to spend a lot of your time. They are super friendly, and go the extra mile at all time. They have bicycles you can borrow and can arrange any request you may have. They organized a private driver for a few hours to take me see the Golden Bridge. Absolutely trust worthy. A definite strong recommendation.

In terms of location, it is the best. Just 1 min walk to the love bridge, the central of attraction. It is a 3 stories house next to the owner's iwn house. Although the surrounding were a bit dusty, the room and staires were duat free. I like the room most becos it was almost perfectly cleaned. Aircon is efficient. Bed is clean n firm. Bath room is very clean too. There is also a small balcony that I can sun all my running gears (went for marathon at Danang). Wifi is strong. Ala carte breakfast is adequate. The only thing I didnt quite like is the disposable tooth brush and soap were not ideal. Dosen't bother me much. Due to its close proximity to bars n restaurants, at night tends to be a bit noisy with the boom boom sounds. Anyway, I fell asleep with mins. Overall, with such price n location, I think this is the best deal to stay in Hoi An old quarter. I will come back again soon. Thank you very much.

場所は、中心から歩いて5分です。日本橋にもすぐにいけます。ナイトマーケットの近くでした。 　部屋は、シンプルで快適でした。家族な方がいつも一階にいるので安心です。アットホーム的な感じです。部屋の掃除は、リクエストしたらしてくれます。アメニティも、最低限しかないのでシャンプーとか持っていくのがいいと思います。あと、テレビが海外や日本のいろいろなチャンネルが見れます。 スタッフはみんな、本当に優しくて対応が良かったです。また、泊まりたいと思うホテルです。朝食も良かったです

Genuinely Amazing Homestay.

This Homestay is so welcoming and the family are genuinely lovely and helpful with everything. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. You can borrow bikes for free. The location is perfect and is near the night market and river and Japanese bridge but just on a quieter street away from the noise. Susan and her family are so lovely and a pleasure to stay with and we would recommend this Homestay as the perfect relaxing place to stay.

Excellent guesthouse

I had a great stay at D Central Homestay, it’s a perfect location to be able walk everywhere in the old town. The rooms are lovely and clean and the included breakfast was nice. Susan was the perfect host and very knowledgeable about the area with great suggestions for restaurants and the best local tailors to go to. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Superb value

Possibly 'homestay' conveys an image of a basic property with limited facilities, but D Homestay is a very modern property with facilities to match, including aircon, en suite power shower, big comfortable bed, etc. Good location away from the noisy main streets but within an easy walk of the old town. Very helpful owner.

Amazing homestay in Hoi An

I had a wonderful time staying at D Central Homestay. The host family is incredibly nice and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the Wifi is fast, and it is centrally located close to the night market as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, and street food options. The only downside is that the water is sometimes more lukewarm than hot. Overall I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone staying in Hoi An!
