Worth the price!

The service was impeccable. The rooms so pretty and pristine. The view across Hoi An Ancient town was wonderful...you get to enjoy the buzz in the beauty of your own room. And the restaurant served yummy French and Vietnamese food! I'd recommended it 100%!

Perfect Hoi An stay

Perfect weeklong family stay at Bay resort - fantastic location on the river close to everything but away from the crowds, impeccable service, great rooms, great pool. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay a memorable one, couldn’t recommend this place more!

This is an amazing property in Hoi An! The staff are incredible - they could not have been more accommodating and helpful. And they were always smiling! The river view king suite was undoubtedly the best location with a fantastic view of Old Town. We enjoyed our patio everyday. It is an easy walk over the bridge into Old Town for shopping or dining. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely superb. Great location- 5 min walk to old town and fabulous room. Staff super attentive and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. Really recommend this hotel for future visits to Hoi an.

Old part of Hoi An location...

An excellent location makes this resort an influenced selection for any body who wants to spend time in the old part of Hoi An. Having said that one wonders whether staying in this area is the best as against staying in Da Nang that has lots more action. We were well received despite the fact that we arrived late at night!

Bay Resort met our expectations and more. Beautiful location and the staff are amazing, great buffet breakfast and nice pool too. The property is on the river so you can watch the boat show from the pool bar and avoid the crowds. Rooms are really nice and great bathrooms/shower. Highly recommend.

All good. Room has a newly renovated smell.

It’s all good esp the location. Poolside is great. Gym is good. Mini-mart within hotel compound. Walking distance to old town. Starr friendly & helpful. Did not take breakfast However, the first room has a strong formaldehyde smell(from carpentry work) that makes me feel unwell. Got a room change after 1 night. Everything else is ok.
