"We truly enjoyed our week at the Hyatt Zilara (8/18–8/23). It is an amazing property—meticulously maintained, beautiful, and staffed by an attentive team. We stayed in a basic junior suite facing the pool, which was more than enough. The room did not feel outdated, the two queen beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh and soft, and the bathroom was huge. The shower was especially nice, and I appreciated the glass enclosure with doors that could be closed for privacy. The resort was surprisingly quiet during our stay. There are two large pools, and we never had to rush to get a good spot. The beach also had plenty of chairs, with staff available to bring drinks or help adjust the umbrellas. There are several bars throughout the property, and the included drinks were definitely up to par for an all-inclusive resort. The food was good—not a huge amount of variety, but everything we had was tasty and good quality. Dinner options included a buffet and two sit-down restaurants. There is also a restaurant that costs extra, which we did not try. My only complaint was the repeated attempts to sell spa and VIP services. I understand making guests aware of these options upon arrival, but I don't want to be repeatedly approached about upgrades while trying to relax, especially for a VIP service that only lasts 24 hours. Other than that, we had an amazing experience. Beautiful property, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and most importantly, a very relaxing atmosphere."

Todo estuvo muy bonito, limpio y cuidado, y el ambiente fue perfecto para disfrutar y relajarnos. La atención del personal fue increíble, siempre muy amables y atentos. "Everything was perfect, this was the relaxing atmosphere we wanted. The 3 resturants on site had great food. The location is perfect if you want natural views. No crowded hotel strips or beaches. Felt like we were all alone on the island. Dont expect a loud crowded party."
