"Room was clean but shower could use a refreshment. Staff were friendly enough but not that helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Great variety. Hot food. Healthy choices. Bus shuttle to Park was very helpful but very crowded at peak times."

"Staff is great. It’s nice to stay in the Disney bubble and the early entry (1 hour) is a great perk The room I had was very outdated and the bathroom had an odour of stale urine. I checked out a night early despite having already paid and stayed somewhere else. This comes nowhere close to the Disney experience in America or Asia."

"This was my second visit to the Cheyenne hotel. The hotel is clean and very well themed . The breakfast was decent and has a good selection of food. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the parks and has a shuttle bus for those not wanting to walk. My only issue was the time it took to check in to then be sent to another qué to collect my child's priority pass. Parking at the hotel was great and no issues getting a space"
