"Location is great lots of restaurants cafes and close to a Metro, so getting around was easy No TV in the room, so ensure you have your own entertainment devices. Room is perfect for 2 pple. Everything is new and bed is comfy. Utensils and plates ecc."

"My wife and I stayed at the Boxotel for the Canadian Grand Prix. Nabil was fantastic! He was so helpful with the Metro and parking. Nabil daily went out of his way to make sure the guest were enjoying themselves. Breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day and the room was great with all amenities. We will be back foresure!!"

"This is a great choice in Montreal. Located in a funky area with lots of good dining and shops, the suite I had was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Two minor points were the excessive number of messages from the host, each of which required going to a website rather than just receiving the message, and not having hot water in the shower in the morning."

"Arrived at8pm we were told we had the best apartment in the building unpacked everything went for dinner and picked up breakfast items to start our day's when we got back the refrigerator wasn't working went to the front desk they told us there wasn't anything they could do it had been broken for over a month. We then had to repack all off our belongings and move to another apartment 2 day's later we decided to do a load of laundry and the washer didn't work !!! I believe we are entitled to get...

"Overall we had a nice stay! Location is great; lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and options for food! Walking distance to many places, close to metro as well. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. Room was okay but the bathroom was incredibly small, you could sit on the toilet and wash your hands in the sink, thats how tight the space was! Breakfast was okay, not a big spread, but we weren't expecting otherwise either!"

"It was a very clean stay. It’s a self check in hotel which is a first. The main entrance looks like a restaurant which threw me off. No parking in hotel. Luckily there was a parking structure across the street."

"The room was rather small with no comfortable chairs to sit in. The hotel was clean and modern. Checkin was quick. Parking was extra. The restaurant breakfast was quite nice, enjoyed it. However, no cream for the coffee, only milk...a faux pas in our books! Great location, close to Old Montreal. Overall we did enjoy our stay, it just wasn't a $350 night kinda room, was expecting more. "

"J’ai adoré mon séjour à l’hôtel Hôtel Kutuma ! Ma chambre, la suite King size, était tellement belle — propre, confortable et vraiment magnifique. On se sent tout de suite bien en arrivant. Le service d’Adam, le gérant, était wow du début à la fin. Super gentil, professionnel et attentionné. Il a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore meilleur. Je donne un gros 10/10, il était incroyable ! "I found this attractive B&B when searching for accommodations for my first F1 race. The communication from the manager could not have been more clear as to expectations, check-in, amenities, etc. The location is ideal for access to Metro across the street and walking distance to several restaurants. I am kicking myself for not taking advantage of the breakfast option. The building is old but clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again."
