"Property was amazing! Clean, large and chic. Close to the plateau and lots of restaurants! Only downside is you can hear people walking around upstairs but fans and earplugs are provide and noise is usually only until 11pm"

"There is no parking at this hotel and the parkade they tell you to park in across the street closed at 12 midnight. I had to walk with my broken leg for 2 blocks just to find a parking spot!! Although the unit itself was lovely, I cant justify the lousy parking situation."

"I want to preface this with saying there are a lot of great qualities about staying here. The location was great! Having a full kitchen, fridge and freezer was great! However the state of the overall hotel was misrepresented. I was looking forward to using there gym and bike but there was no bike and the gym was poorly maintained. On top of that their swimming pool was in disrepair and very gross. One night as well I wanted to ask a question at the front desk but the person there was asleep....

"The room was very basic. It was not configured the way we had discussed at check-in but the front desk staff were able to assemble things at our request. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable but not as great as some of the reviews we had read. I had asked for some vegetarian options. The request was noted but there was nobody who was aware of it at the breakfast service. The attempt to give the impression of service was made but it fell short unfortunately. Location is convenient....

"Beautifully renovated property, everything was in excellent shape. Beds extremely comfortable and shower in bathroom was great as well. The location was ideal - easy walk to every part of city, next to McGill, 10 minute walk to Place des Arts, Museum of Fine Arts and many restaurants and shops. What was truly exceptional was the friendliness and helpfulness of the front staff. We couldn’t have had a better experience and would definitely return!"
