"Most of the staff were great, room was a bit small and the extra bed (couch) was really to hard ro sleep on. So we booked an extra room dor our son. His room was quite cool, not like our room. Our room was warm and humid. We asked if they could put on th airco instead of the ventilator modus. The guy at the desk told us that he could not change that and that there was no technician in the hotel to fix it. And we couldn't get another cooler room. So we didn't sleep well at all. "Hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et très propre. Petit déjeuner très complet et excellent avec du vrai jus d’orange pressé. Petit plus très appréciable la fontaine dans l’accueil qui permet d’avoir de l’eau fraîche plate ou gazeuse ainsi qu’un café à toute heure. Personnel au top!"

"Beautiful, quiet hotel on a side street very close to the Grande Rue which leads directly to many attractions in Nancy. The only hiccup I encountered was in trying to get a taxi back to the train station. No cars available even 30 minutes before I needed one. The hotel staff came to the rescue, though, and gave me a ride in a private vehicle. Good on Hotel de Guise, boo on the local taxi services!"
