It was a nice experience overall, clean and spacious accommodations. We arrived after 21h00, and the self checkin went smoothly with very clear instructions. A big minus on the breakfast. Pretty close to the historical center and a wonderful park (Pépinière)

The accommodation is located perfectly near the water, a supermarket is closed by and lots of cool stuff to do around. The staff is friendly, the rooms aren‘t the most well maintained but are very well equipped with a small and practical kitchenette. I would definitely recommend it when you want a clam place to sleep with a nice neighborhood!

Lovely staff

Very helpful staff, located close , within easy walking distance of all you need to see in Nancy. Restaurants to cater for all tastes. Parked on street which was very convenient as just outside of the hotel and cheap, as you only pay till 6pm. So 1 hour 15 minute was 50 cents!

It’s not really a hotel, it’s a senior residency, without the senior residents. Barley speak any English at the reception, which was an issue when the fire alarm went off twice after midnight and no info was given. But great location and very big room.

Even though the city center is only a 14-min walk, the tram was only 2 min walk away…AND FREE ON THE WEEKEND! Reception was super nice and friendly.

We were only here for one night but we enjoyed our stay. Great to have a little studio with a kitchen! The only improvement we would recommend is adding anti-slip mats to the bathroom as the tub was quite slippery.

Practical stopover to southern Europe

Spacious room. Great place for a first night on the way to Spain. You can easily park here despite the fact that it is close to the center. Place Stanislas is and remains a great square, an absolute must if you are in the area. There was no reception when we arrived, but getting the key went smoothly due to the excellent instruction. I would not easily choose this for a longer stay: it was a bit too basic for that. We skipped breakfast (and rightly so, when I looked around the breakfast room in the morning). I charged my EV car in the parking garage at the back of the hotel: facilities in a big city like Nancy are still very limited and charging was a hassle (in France they don't make it easy to charge quickly, very hassle with a credit card and a lot of instruction - only in French of course).

Zimmer waren sauber der fussboden (Laminat) defekt das war sauber aber auch nicht das ware für ältere Menschen ist es nicht zu empfehlen in der Badewanne zu duschen rutschgefahr deshalb konnte man duschen wir sind beide über 64 und körperlich (Hüftgelenk) nicht so beweglich

Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wäscheservice hat gut funktioniert. Das Apparthotel hat mal bessere Tage gesehen. Zimmer und Ausstattung könnten eine Generalüberholung vertragen. In die Stadt sind es fünf bis zehn Minuten zu Fuß, die Gare routiere Ste-Catherine ist kurz über die Brücke, zum Bahnhof ist es allerdings zu fuß zu weit. Großer Supermarkt hinter dem Haus. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
