"A lovely cottage worth the five stars. Spotlessly clean. Maureen has thought of everything you might need and catered for it. Lots of room, large comfortable sofas (but a bit low for us). The TV in the living room could be updated but it didn't impact on our stay and the hot tub was a real treat."

"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"Lovely barn conversion! cottages have a very modern feel. Plenty to do and see such as the walk around Argal reservoir, tennis, pool, seeing the animals on the farm like goats, horses and the owners amazing dogs. "The room was clean but a bit tired. The furniture is old and a bit well worn. We booked a room with a sea view (executive deluxe) and paid extra for this, but the windows were very dirty and the only view was through the small opening of the windows!! Hardly a proper sea view! The bathroom was clean and spacious but the bath with shower over lacked grabrails and extreme care had to be taken when entering and leaving the shower especially with a wet floor. This could be very dangerous for someone with mobility issues. The breakfast on the first day of our 2 day stay was average. The bacon on the full English was so small it was not worth having and the food was rather over-cooked and had clearly been hanging around. The food on the second day was excellent with no issues."
