"Beautiful beach, great food, excellent service. My happy place"

"Rooms and property are clean. Property needs updating. Rooms very plain and dressers drawers were broken. Some of the staff were friendly, especially the pool staff. We were a group of 10 and one room has to request a dresser. Wash cloths are not provided and had to be requested. Requested from the front desk but had to track down our room attendant to get them. Food was not hot and nothing to brag about."

"Check-in was an absolute nightmare. I spent more time at the front desk in the first 24 hours that I did on vacation. It was sad, we had so many issues it’s undescribable. There were so many other people that have issues as well that we shared experiences. "

"breakfast was good. Standard egg choices. They could have added pastries. Fresh fruit was delicious. Elevator needs replacing, its in bad shape. Room was very bare. No chair, no hooks to hang up clothes, no closet, old furniture. Bathroom had a weird smell. Staff was very good. "

"The kids pool and play park was not functioning or working properly. We did not know when we arrived that there had been a fire which took out multiple buildings, and has not been remediated in over three years. It was sad that there was such a limited booking availability for the alacarts. "
