"Horrible food!!! We are Hispanics so I have an idea of what Mexican food should taste like. Same food on a daily basis. You either had choice of beans rice veggies and chicken or pork. Stayed 6nights and only had reservations for Italian restaurant for family of 5 (even though we were suppose to get 2 reservations) and that was terrible. Had to eat out a few times. At the buffet, We had our table given to other guests as we went to serve ourselves. Only good consistent drink were their pinacoladas. Otherwise drinks varied in taste and what they were made of. Staff was ok. Some had an attitude especially late night staff. The pools were pretty clean ocean was ok, some sargassum but swim able no rocks. Theater shows were fun. Nightclub was karaoke with young kids. If you stay here definitely budget for extra meals out of the resort. I will NEVER consider returning to this hotel because of our experience."

10/10 Excellent
"Our group had 3 rooms. When we arrived, one room was on the far side of the complex. When we realized, we requested if there was a room closer to the other 2. We were told it was possible, but it would take a little time. We headed to dinner, and the keys were delivered to us in the dining room! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!
I reached out to concierge prior to arrival to book transportation to and from hotel. Our flight was delayed and transportation was ready when we arrived! "
"Beautiful property. Setup was perfect. If you're a beer drinker, just know it's only Heineken and DosXXs. They do provide Tecate light for the rooms, but Dos seems to be the beer of choice there. My family of four had a great time, not many activities for the littles, but luckily they love the ocean and the beach, so we were good. One of the of the only properties on this side that actually has their own private beach. Cozumel is separated by private beach clubs, and we were lucky to find a resort that has an actual beach with native sand.."
"At checkin we were not given any information on where food was to be found and that it was only on a limited time schedule. All-inclusive is a waste at this hotel as food is not always available and not everything in the bar is included. Food is subpar at the buffet and many times we were not offered drinks and had to find them ourselves. We still tipped the staff and the housekeeping was great at cleaning the room daily. But there is really no entertainment so we went into town for live music."
"The main pool was closed. This made the two smaller pools extremely crowded. Most of our visit was trying to find a place that was shaded as my daughter is a cancer survivor. There were no umbrella at the adult only pool and not enough at the other pool. We came to relax and enjoy the pool, but that did not happen. The refrigerator was not stocked with drinks on the first night and there was nowhere to get ice. What a disappointment!"
