"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. "This a beautiful and serene property. The location is perfect for central activities and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only problem was the bathroom were we stayed, the shower headed wasn't working properly. The room was clean and spacious. "

"Just Okay. The location is the best part of this hotel, being close to 5th Ave, the beach, bus and ferry terminals. The room was very basic and the bathroom quite small. We lost power twice during our 4 day stay. The pool is pretty much non existent. I’d pay a little extra and stay elsewhere."
